Menu of the Day: Steaks at Ayers Rock Butcher and Grill

Looking for some Western food in KL? Then this is the place! 

what we had: the T-Bone Steak, which was nicely grilled, easy to cut, easy to chew. The steak is grilled to perfection using the high quality olive oil, herbs, and selected pepper. The portion was quite big enough for two. As I’m not really a big eater (especially when it comes to steaks) I thought I would feel bloated by looking at the portion. However, each bite was a delight. Thanks to its tenderness, I managed to down this to my tummy in just minutes. The in-house sauce only available here was a nice complement. The fresh potato served cold was a nice side. [RM65]

what we had: The steak selection here is comprehensive but if you prefer chicken then try their Grilled Chicken. The chicken was nice and tender and sauteed with a tomato-based sauce, which is slightly sweet. On the side is Ayers Rock’s signature sauce (which is a nice addition), and this meal is served with fries. It’s a rather easy meal to finish and as you chit-chat with your group of friends, you’ll soon realise you’re done with your meal. [RM18]
